01 f150 7700 lost steering while plowing

I have an 01 7700 I lost my right side steering tonight while plowing, after rolling around in the snow it looks like a ball joint snapped off at the end of the right tie rod. how bad of a project is this to fix? Am I better off to take it in somewhere that has all the right tools? Also do I need to change them all now or just fix whats broke? thanks

You have a broken tie rod. The ball end link (the broken part) is replaceable. The front end should be thoroughly check for other wear and tear then aligned after replacements parts are installed. Good luck!
