For All the Blower lovers.
Guys, I know this ain't a truck or even a Ford. But if you love blowers, this is just some slap silly shizzle. I don't even know what to say about it. Bash it, marvel at it, whatever. I just thought yall might like to see this. It's kinda like that van with a Y transfer case with two front diffs. Enjoy.

I thought when I read 2 blowers it was like the ones with 2 side by side at angles, I once saw a dragster setup that way with twin blowers on a 455 olds motor, and that didn't look to bad, but stacked like that well to me it just looks stupid actually. But then again I don't like show cars, and for that reason don't go to car shows, one thing I hate is seeing show cars at the shows with chromed brake rotors, I mean come on. I knew one guy tha thad a really tricked out looking camaro, thing was totally wild, had a blower on it and everything but he always pushed it on and off the trailer never fired it, finally got to talking to him and found out why, it was an empty block, no pistons, nor rods, did have the crank in it, but that was broken, and the blower was a worn out unit from a diesel engine that he polished and chromed, didn't even have the rotors in it. And if I saw that GTO at a show first thing I would figure is the bottom blower doesn't have any rotors in it.

Rob, your just hating the inevitable and you know it. Soon, 1000hp won't make you grin anymore, then comes the mountain motor. It will be some kick azz bahemuth like 840 ci or something making like 2k hp. (At this point you might have to upgrade the ujoints in the dana 44 fo sho! ) Then that won't do it and your only option will be an 18-71 and nitromethane. Sooner or later you'll be blown and loving it. Stop kidding yourself man!!!!! Who am I foolin', I'm still all jealous of your truck. But I still think it needs my visor.
Skipped, I'm with you brother. If in fact both blowers are working, I appreciate the work that went into that. And it is a beautiful car. Someone took alot of pride in it, and I can't fault him one bit for that.

holy crap!! thats pretty wild looking, but id never have that setup on anything of mine...i would rather have one blower on each truck!! i read the whole thread, and at least the dude isnt being all poser-rific about it, apparently he made a couple 1/4 mile passes with one blower (no times to back it up though) and plans on doing it again, so at least its not a full time trailor queen...but he admitted the dual blowers was more for show, he really only built it because someone said he wouldnt (usually reason enough )....i just cant see it being very "power" efficient like that, now i bet the V style SC setup is extremely effective...what i liked about the GTO was the interior, kinda looked like a plush race car...

There is a 66 Stang running around here like that...
I have checked it out. Looks kind of cool.

Not my kind of style (make mine a stock looking fastback - sporting an aluminium 427 and a toploader... that gets driven ).
But I have to say it looks mean as all get out...
On edit: It appears this guy got his inspiration from Gary's Mustang...
