67 F100 rocker arm installation!

I have a 67 F100 stepside. It has a 78 F150 300 inline in it, and i recently overheated it and warped the head. I had the head done, with new valve stem seals and had it milled. Now, I'm putting everything back together. My question is, How do I torque the rocker arms? I looked it up in the mitchell manual at work and it asks if it has adjustable or non-adjustable rocker arms. It said if it has adjustables then you have to do this long drawn out process and if their non-adjustable then you just torque them to spec. I'm curious to know how to tell if they are adjustable or not?
PS..
How many 67 F100 Stepside Custom Cabs are their floating around?

I am not sure but I don't know of any 300's with adjustable rockers.
if they are adjustable though, they will have something like a bolt or screw that sits on the valve. this is how they adjust.
but if you have just a solid one piece rocker, just put them on and torque them to spec. (40-45lbs. i think)
just curious but what caused it to overheat?

let us know how it goes

well, I overheated it when I was wheelin with it.
Its not in very good shape, and it has a factory locked dana 60. I put a scout radiator in it and the motor mounts are bad so it rattled and my flex-a-lite fan kissed the radiator and I had to drive it all the way home with a farm triangle on it..lol
I got some pictures of it in the mud....it shoots roost its pretty funny...the truck is un-killable. It also has an NP 435 trans. Only thing it needs now is an electric fan. I'm going to take off the old mechanical deal and run the electric. I've put 3 radiators in it in a span of 6 months.
As with all 67-72s, the fenders are rusted out and the cab mounts are grenaded. I had 2x4s under it but they fell out. It also use to blow a steering donut every month, so I swapped out the old style and welded a chevy (Can I say that word??) knuckle on it with the u-joint so it has some room to play around. So basically, if it had adjustable rocker arms then it would have a screw or bolt on the valve itself?
On my 350 (Chevy) It has adjustable rockers and it doesnt have screws or bolts on the valves. Maybe chevys are different than fords in that aspect. wow this is a long post.

One of two ways to tell if adjustable valvetrain. 1) If studs have a shoulder at base of threads, non adjustable-just torque down and hope for the best. 2) If nuts are locking type, meaning that when you get a full nut of threads you have to lean on the wrench toget them to turn, adjustable. tighten as engine is running till clicking stops, then a quarter turn more. Makes an oily mess. Hope this is clear as mud.
