Anyone know of a place to acquire free wooden pallets? I've been asked to make a 3' high garden fence, and the places I've stopped in and asked (home depot, lowes, k-mart etc) refused because they pay for the pallets, then get credit when they recycle them.

Just looking for ideas... other than driving around in the middle of the night at $3 a gallon

 

Nevermind, the local ace hardware said I could take as many as I want. Going back for a third trip in a few minutes!
