Picnic grocery list

Here is the grocery list needed last year. We need to get a head count for AFTE so we can adjust the list.

120 burgers w/buns
84 hot dogs w/buns
2 heads of lettuce
12 tomatoes
5 onions
3 paks of cheese (16 piece packs)
2 squeeze mayos
2 squeeze mustards
2 squeeze relish
2 squeeze ketchup
1 large jar of pickles
12 bags of chips
salt and pepper
plates
napkins
forks
charcoal and lighter

I think it would be appropriate to require those FTE members who plan to attend who aren't AFTE members to throw in 5 bucks to cover expenses. Afterall, part of the benefit of being an AFTE member was reduced or free show/event stuff. And this is an AFTE thing, not an FTE thing.
