Dually fender repair ???

I was going through the older posts' and noticed this one.Sorry no one has answered it yet.If the fender isn't cracked too badly(pieces missing),I've repaired fiber glass;it isn't too hard.Buy a fiberglass repair kit at a parts store;it will have everything you need except a grinder and sand paper. You'll have to grind off all the paint 4-6'' away from the actual repair sight so you can blend or ''feather'' the repair in to the rest of the panel.Follow the instructions with the repair kit.If you happen to know anyone with body experience, they could help you with the final shaping. You will also need some light filler (bondo),because the fiberglass resin won't finish out slick enough to prime and paint. If the repair is done correctly, the fender will be as good, and maybe even stronger, than new.Hope this helps.
