I think a high torque diesel will turn your f-100 frame into a pretzel. What's wrong with your 300? They're great torque engines.

It would be easier, more time consuming, and possibly end up being cheaper to go out and find yourself a diesel equiped truck.

 

. All the Ford / Cummins conversion parts from a Grumman will interchange with your truck The 3.9BT will be a direct bolt in....
