I had a 5 anp fuse blow the other day that effected my parking lighs. once I replaced the fuse the problem seemed solved but it wasn't. the fuse blew again in ablout 5 min and If I turn the light switch to the parking lite mode my headlights come on and they will not turn off unless the switch is in the off position and i put another fuse in the socket. I still have brake lights and emergency flashers. There is also a buzzing noise coming from under the dash on the right side of the radio. Is this a relay that is possibaly bad. is there a way I can check it?
