Post the exact codes, not abbreviated descriptions.
It is very unlikely that the PCM is faulty. Possible, but very unlikely.
"Not Ready" means the PCM has been reset recently. It cannot become "Ready" until you correct ALL of the listed faults AND the PCM has a chance to run all OBDII readiness tests.
Typical problems include O2 sensors, EGR faults, vacuum leaks, and misfires due to plugs and wires/COPs.
Specify which engine and transmission combo you have. There are differences.
