I have a friend who is thinking of running fresh veg oil in an old mercedes diesel.

What does he need to do to prepare the car?

Go to the Biodiesel forum and check the sponsor link at the top of the page. Erick sponsors that forum and posts there also. He has a wealth of info on running SVO and will answer any questions you have.
