Well i had my 1st problem with my new truck. Not actually a big problem. The back seat was wet after a heavy rain. So i took it in to the dealer Monday and they had it fixed in about an hour.
The service rep said it was the gasket on the 3rd brake and they replaced the entire assembly.

How wet was the seat? And did your carpet get wet?

 

used to happen to me whenever i washed the truck. seems like a problem on quite a few trucks, but i figured they would it fixed by now since this happened to mine and a bunch of other 04s.

 

Yep. There is a TSB on that brake light assy. Fixed my leak right away.

Just the top part of the seat about the size of a dinner plate. It wasnt enough of a leak to reach the carpet.
Now i have to go back Monday cause the auto headlights are coming on during the daytime. I wonder if they shorted something or blew a fuse????
