Are you looking for some to give you one? Because new ones are $100+ and good used ones go for $50-$60 on ebay.

I've got one but have you checked the local junkyard? These things are heavy and shipping costs $$$.

If interested in mine, PM me.

Smile To "Inquiring Minds"!!! LOL

Actually, the bolts all came out after soaking them in PB Blaster for 2 days and spraying some each day. There was one bolt next to cracked area that was not even there. I figure that is what might have contributed to manifold cracking where it did. Manifold itself has a nice hairline crack below the carb about 3 inches plus.

One thing for sure, it was a bugger getting in to it through the doghouse. Scraped nuckles and all!!!

Would start searching boneyards here but doubt they would have one.

Question? Would JB Weld work on the crack if manifold was cleaned up good? If not, can that be brazed??

THANKS again for your help, hopefully I can get this either replaced or repaired. Kids want to go cruising but money tight. Will figure something out. Have a great day all, thanks again.

No, no & Why????? new ones are too cheap. You can weld up the crack.....IF you have the right Welding rods...AND Know how to. By the time you get it fixed, you could have bought a new (and Improved) one.

P.S. an old one will crack again....They are too Thin.

manifold does not have to be econo. falcon, or about anything from the mid 70's back will probably have the right one on it. some take a dognut gasket, and some take a flat gasket.

if you get one at a salvage, make sure to get a foot or so of the pipe on it. that way you can have it welded to your pipe if it is differant.
