B20 vs B99

What needs to be considered when choosing between B20 and B99? I drive a 97 F250 HD. A station has opened near me that advertises any blend available.
I've read articles that say B20 is the best choice for my truck, and other articles that say B99 is OK and will do no harm. I'm confused.

B-99 is great for your truck. Just make sure you change the fuel filter soon after switching to any ratio over B-20 as it will clean out your entire fuel system!

01 f250 1,000 miles on b99 Changed filter once after 1/2 tank cause it was due. Didn't see any junk in it. Been running fine, towed 21' boat and 20 travel trailer no probs.
