trailer tire confusion

I have a trailer with tires that read Cooper Trailer Tires II 8.55-15 ST.

I have read that is the old way of measuring tires on trailers but I cannot find anywhere that tells me what size that would be now.

Anyone know?

According to the book that I have it would be ST225/75R15.
