Go to your User CP and on the left hand side of the screen, you'll see a menu where you can edit your signature and other misc options. Near the bottom you'll see one for Chapter Memberships. Click on that and it's easy after that.

Usually. I've missed a few since our families started growing, though. I don't know as many guys showing cars anymore, so that's a little less fun. Still good to walk around and see all that old iron
