Trailer turn signal fuse/breaker???????
I've got a 2001 F250. I hooked my trailer lights up and they worked fine until I moved the trailer. Then I lost the left turn/brake light. Running lights and right turn brake are fine. I found a short on the trailer and fixed that, but now I don't have power on that wire coming out of the plug. I checked it all the way up to the big plug under the bed that the 7-way and 4 blade plug into. All fuses seem to be fine. Is there a second set of fuses or breakers some where? If I dont find something soon, I will have to splice into the truck turn/brake lights, which are still working fine.

Check the power distribution box
I had the same thing happen when I bought my camper trailer. There is a fuse box, under the hood near the master cylinder. When you open it you will see some large and small fuses. Standing in front of the truck, the small fuse on the front left is the one that controls left side trailer lights. The one behind it is the right side lights. You will need a 7.5 amp fuse.
