power steering pully

i am replacing the power steering pump and need to take the pulley of the old pump and i cant figure out how. please help

hey mark i had to deal with this chore myself on my (cherokee) but they're all pretty much the same there is a special tool that is sorta a form of puller...with a special attatchment which uses an allen key to unscrew the center of the pulley....in turn pulling the pulley of the shaft.....strange tool....but you can rent this at Advance Auto or your local store
