8 Lug wheel patterns

Can anyone tell me the wheel lug pattern for a 72 F250 8 lug and what other mfgs might fit?

the pattern is 8 on 6 1/2. should be same as Dodge

8 wheel Lug

I just inhereted a 72 F250 Camper Special from my dad and I am also looking for new wheels for it.

I am concerned about wheel clearances if I choose to go with an 18" rim. Maybe I will have to look into a body lift.

Have you gotten any wheels yet? If so I would like to see some pics.
