Torque specs for 4.2

I am reassembling my 4.2 and need the torque specs for the bearing caps and the rod caps. the chilton manual gives me the specs for the 460 but not the 4.2. The motor is out of a 97 f-150. it had a bent rod due to hydrolock. luckly no damage beyond piston and rod. I am rebuilding it completely. thanks for the help.

According to Haynes my book:

Main bearing cap stud/bolts: 1, 2 and 3 = 85 - 91 lb-ft
Rear = 81 - 88 lb ft

Connecting rod cap:
Step 1 = 29 lb ft
Step 2 = Rotate additional 90 deg.
