I want to add a filter, but I don't want to cut the line. Anyone know the size of the threads on the tranny side of the cooler line. My truck is an 01 with 3/8" lines.

Also, can anyone confirm which line is the return? I think it's the rear, but I want to be sure.

The rear is the return. I don't know the fitting sizes.

 

Thanks. I'm taking the part in to the hardware store. Hopefully they will have something with the same thread size.

 

Found a site that says it's 1/4" NPT. I should know tonight.
