Stanadyne Position on Biodiesel

This is what I get.

Error 400 'www.biodiesel.org/markets/pre/resolution.pdf' Bad Request.

Yes I thought it was very interesting for all to read. Puts a little different light on things. I was impressed with the gentlemans introduction who developed the letter.
