Smile stiffer rear springs

I wonder if their are any aftermarket helpersprings for my 64 econo van 'cause Im mounting a motorcycle carrier (dirtbike mainly) for up to 400-500 pounds for ocasional rides to the track...
should I re-arch my springs and ad extra leafs etc... or do you guys think I'm insane for the atempt ?
where could I find new springs for it
the vans frame seems alitle flimsy maybe I should reinforce it with welding some beltings on those frame walls...? give me some advice
I love my van so I don't want to butcher it but I like my bike to be out of it
