under hood circuit access

i have a 2001 f350 superduty powerstroke, i added a trans cooler and electric fan, instead of just fusing the fan and going straight to the battery i want this to go through the ignition so it will not be left on by mistake. there are three dead end wires by the master cylinder that saays customer access see body builder book, since i dont have a body builder book, how do power rhese wires up?

There should be four wires by the master cylinder. They correspond to 4 wires under the dash. They are pass through wires for your use. They are not connected at either end. If you choose to use the blue wire, for example, hook the blue wire's end under the dash to an ignition hot circuit.
