Working on the 67

Years past I would just get it done, now I tend to clean things up a bit take my time. Yesterday I replaced my wheel cylinder. Pull the axel remove the hub, brakes, undo the thing then reassemble, every thing almost new.
Guess my problem is just dont take the time to do things right, always in a big hurry to get nowhere, I look back and think about the times somebody was by my side to help out and all I could think was to just leave me alone let me do my work.
Dad wish you were by my side now to take a ride with me. Rod

RRocks,

How is the ride coming? I know all too well how you feel about rushing. I have finally gotten the last piece today for finish the Explorer for a while. Only two things left and its as done as its going to get (new headers and a tuner). It will be great to get it on the road again.

I drove the truck around for a couple weeks, the seal did not hold, time to pull the axle one more time.

Found my problem, I drove the seal to far into the hub, sure dont know what I was thinking, no way it could have sealed. At this point I think it`s good , will see.
