Thimble Shoals is Newport News area IIRC, (Although one of the channels thru the HRBT is the Thible Shoals Channel) Willoughby Spit is Norfolk.

I'm not really close to either one...

 

Not really familiar with those areas as well. . .Been to WS a few times to look at boats, but thats all

 

Dave and Phil used to live in a condo on 9th view, round the corner of the 7/11 out that way.

I know Mantta is around there, but they ain't quite his kinda people (a bit loose in their ways).

But Dave was a good man, and might have bailed from there. He's a steel worker.
