Hey guys just wanted to let the members know I have an updated snap on scanner good thru 05 dom/foriegn and the new Vantage pro. If anyone local wants me to hook it up let me know I live in Piscataway or if your close enough I'll take a ride
Thats pretty steep cap. I just payed $725.00 but that cover domestic & foriegn troubleshooting plus ABS transmissions.. If you want me to hook it up let me know
Hmm, I didn't know the newer trucks needed a newer scanner? I have one of the cheap POS scanners I bought at Autozone, I'll have to try it with my 06 and see if it gets a reading.

tf I'm not familar with the Auto zone ones but the snap on scanners have to be updated I do it every 2 years, But I do alot of side jobs with it.. make pretty decent money with it too..

mac is the same way every two years just when i purchased it it covered to 2003 for engine, trans, abs and airbag.
the unit is made by otc for mac and is the nemisys in their cat. still it's $500.00 for the upgrade chip and software and just about $30,00 more it covers the far east cars also i'm ok for every day codes just without a upgrade i can't pull the other codes for trans,abs and airbag.
