Hi guys,

I know ya'll are thinking about having a club meeting on June 3rd, if everybody agrees to that date..I was talking with Cliff and made the suggestion that we have a cookout up here. Nothing fancy, hamburgers and hotdogs, chips and soda. That way we can all meet and of course wives and kids are welcome.

If ya'll could check out his truck and find out what's exactly wrong with it and how to fix it, he'd be able to drive it.

If it's alright with you guys just let us know. There is a huge field behind our trailer where kids and pets can play.

i'm game, and wouldnt have to be away from the fam for a whole day while on vacation.

 

I'll check with the wife and see what she has to say about it. We're going to be in Texas for her brother's graduation that week, but she might anjoy it. Plus the baby loves to sleep in the car, so that'll give her a few hours of peace on the drive up and back.

i know, we need to send out the hounds and stir up these possums ,I'm ready to rally .... virginia chapter has been talking about our combined meet we need some interest on our end.

 

OK guys...I spoke with Franken-Truck regarding the NC-VA gathering. We're going to push it out to later in the year in an attempt to drum up more interest in it. I'd really like to try and get the membership packages together, have some paid members on the list, and hopefully get our website up and running before we do the meet.
So I'm all for the June 3rd meet up at Cliff's place. Cliff I'll get that list out to you tonight. The wife was controlling the computer the last few days trying to reset our wireless internet and put together birth announcements for the baby.
I also hope to have the logo done by the end of the weekend. I started the final copy the other night and had a massive pen explosion all over it (and the desk, walls, etc.). It's really frustrating because I spend 2 hours cleaning out my old drafting pen set and only 2 of the 7 worked. Guess I'll have to buy the disposable kind cause the budget isn't there to replace this set.
