Wet weather/ Check Engine Light
Hello, I have a 96 ford f150 w/ the 5.0 v8. w/ 95,000 miles( I had bought the truck w/ 80,350 -16 mo. ago). A few times when it has rained for a while my truck would start really hard. One time it didnt start at all, so I brought it to a garage and told them to just change the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and fuel filter. They didnt change the cap, plugs or wires because they said they were brand new. This was 6 months ago, all has been fine untill this morning. Rained for a few days then I go to work this morning and my truck won't start. Really sucks having to get picked up in a Chevy :-\
So, I get back home tonight and it starts up, I go fill up the tank, put some fuel injector cleaner in. As I'm driving home my Check Engine Light comes on. Any ideas?
Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks.
