While I am not familiar with your truck I see the problem the same regardless. On one hand you can TRY an easy out, where you drill into the broken stud and then insert a left hand threaded remover. On the other you will probably save time by removing your heads and getting a machine shop to remove the broken studs. I have a 351W so I am not sure what differences there are, but I can tell you that removing the heads would be, by far, the easiest route. It would only take me a day, plus machine shop time, so judge from that. The nice thing about removing the heads is you can get them milled while they're off, replace the gasket, knowing it is good. Inspect the cylinders etc. To make the job go easier you will want an air wrench, a decent torque wrench and the manual.
Good Luck!

Blaster isnt flamable? I actually didnt know that one either. Otherwise when my buddy got the bleeder screws stuck in his wilwood brake calipers for his sprint car, we heated them up with a torch, then put just put 3 in 1 oil on them and they popped right out. I dont know what heating up the heads with a torch would do to them as far as metal properties go, but they should be able to handle some heat since they are truck heads and see alot of combustion. I think going the removing the head and going to the machine shop route would be better though. At least it would be alot better than trying to get them out yourself with them on the engine, breaking your knuckles, drawing blood, cussing, throwing stuff, then removing the heads and bringing them to the machine shop and making in more difficult for them since now all of the bolts are broken off flush with the head.
