Question Billet HD Torque Converter Vs Stock Converter

Does anyone know if upgrading my stock torque converter in our F-250 SD with a 5.8 ltr gas engine would help on our pulling power and acceleration? I've read some articles that claim it can improve this area greater than 100% for the E40D trany this truck has. Would it be worth the time and $$ to make this change.

Short answer, yes. I am looking at precision industries stallion 10.5. They claim a 0.6 high torque multiplier, and the higher stall to make more use of it. I am still wondering if the billet housing is worth an extra $700.
