CB Location?

Howdy!

I'm an FNG but glad to be here.

I have a 2003 SuperCrew 4x4 XLT Lariat. Sunroof and windows quit working, obviously an electrical problem. The owners manual chart on page 184 lists a CB for power windows and moonroof at location 601, but the poorly-written schematics on page 181 doesn't show where 601 is located.

Anybody know where this CB is located? I have thoroughly examined the junction boxes by the steering wheel as well as the engine compartment. Am I looking for a push-to-reset device or should it reset itself?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum

The circuit breaker you're looking for should be in the battery junction box (fuse box under the hood). There should be 2 circuit breakers. 601 is the one in the middle of the box, in between the relays and fuses.
It should show it in your owners manual as well. If you don't have one of those you can download one at www.motorcraft.com
These circuit breakers reset themselves. There is no button to push.

Thanks Racerguy. If its supposed to reset by itself then I may have a dead CB. Hopefully it won't be too hard to replace once I find it. The truck is three years old, therefore I need to buy a Haynes book while I'm at the parts store.

Thanks again.
