body paint shop recommendations in WA
I have a buddy that has had 3-4 vehicles painted by a guy in Ballard. I've seen his work and it is good and he is pretty affordable. I only know his first name (Tad), but I could get a phone no. if you are interested. What do you want to do with your paint, ie are you prepping to sell, or concours original, or wild custom? How much to you plan to spend?

Not selling. It's an everyday driver that we may show eventually. Keeping parts original. Nothing wild on the paint. Ford White, maybe two-colors. Simple.
bodywork: need dents fixed, rust areas cleaned up. Have four holes on the hood where a bug screen existed that need to be filled. and one corner of the bedrail needs a patch of some sort(weight bearing area).
First time for me in this area. I'd like to get the body work completed and paid for first. Then paint.
As far as what to spend on body work, what will 500-700 bucks cover?
Can I do a quarter pannel at a time-prep wise? Take in a door or quarter panel, have body work and prep done?
Thoughts?
Thanks
Ben
