Need computer for 2000 Lightning Engine

I bought a 2000 Lightning engine/trans from a recovered theft truck for my 56 F100 project. I've had it rebuilt and now need a computer. The guy I bought the engine from claims he lost the computer. I've been checking salvage yards but no luck so far. Is there an aftermarket computer for the Lightning? Thanks for the help.

Local Ford dealership should be able to get you one, or a search on Google yields many used ECM companies.
