F150 7700 exhaust manifold

I recently purchased a 2000 F150 XLT 7700 with a rust-hole in the passenger side exhaust manifold. I found a 2000 F150 Lightning exhaust manifold set at local salvage yard... without disassembling anything, does anyone know if it will fit on my 330 engine??

The bolt pattern at the head is the same. I am unsure if it will hook up directly to your existing emissions pipes or your EGR line.

I don't know if it will fit but my exhaust manifolds went bad on my 97 f150 too. I think it was just out of warranty but I went to the dealer just to price manifolds and they told me Ford would cover the repair job, parts and labor. I guess they had a problem with them and replaced them fix-as-fail.

You can get a good set of shorty headers that are 50 state legal for around $500. Summit even has a pair for under $200 that'll fit. These headers flow better than stock or the Lightning's... kinda helps in the torque and hp department, too.
