390 headers into a 58 ford f250

390 headers into a 58 ford f250
Hi guys, just a quick question, I bought a 68 390 from my brother and he gave me the headers to go with the motor, this motor was for a 69 f250, will the headers fit on my motor in my 58? Any help would be appreciated.

if it isn't an FE, I doubt it. The FE's came out in 64...

theres lots of room on a 58.you wouldnt know till you try.

Room isn't the problem, being able to bolt is. FE's weren'y made back then, so unless one has been swapped in, I doubt they would bolt up. It isn't likely for motor families to trade parts.
