4.6L help

i have a 2002 4.6 out of an F-150, and i an looking at putting a 278 cam in. Will i need to to get PI heads and intake manifold or will my stock heads and intake manifold work.

Welcome to the forum

Hopefully someone that has replaced their cams will come along with some advice.
Your engine already has the PI heads and intake on it.
