abs light on

Hey guys hope you can help me out. I have a 97 F150 auto 4.6 4x4 w/ 181600mi. My abs light came on today, before the light came on I got a vibration that sounded like it came from the front end. I have tryed the search but it is down. I have read earlier that it can be the rear abs sensor on top of the diff. I saw that replacing the sensor will take care of the light.

From everything I have read, I would check your connections so you dont have a loose one, and then possibly changed the sensor on the pumpkin.

To update this problem I checked all connections and the fuses both in the cab and under the hood no luck. So now I am going to the repair shop to have it looked at. My dad knows a couple of them.

I went to the repair shop to get the abs code pulled. They told me left front sensor not reading. I drove home and put the front on jack stands. I noticed that the left front is rough compared to the right. The shop also told me that a bearing possible has gone out. I confirmed this while turning the rotor with no wheel and felt how rough it was. I called Ford to get a new hub.
