I thought F250 Camper Specials had disk brakes? What does the Camper Special offer, just the bed side tool box?

The tool box was available on all F-series. The c/s had heavier springs, wiring etc.

F250's with the 390 got disc brakes as standard.

There should be a wiring harness under the bed for the camper body interior and exterior lighting. You should be able to see the plug laying on the frame rail (if I remember correctly, it's dark outside).

Question disc brake conversion kits for my 1971 f-250 camper special

I have a 1971 F250 Camper Special 390CI with factory front discs, power steering, and air conditioning. It also has the heavy suspension.
My question concerns the front disc caliper anchor supports which are worn bad enough to cause the calipers to rattle loudly. Drilled them out and inserted steel bushing and wore them out also. Looking at new anchor supports if even available or would it be better to use the tech article and upgrade to newer model disc brakes from 74'-79'?
Thanks
