Can I make a 351m to a true 400

Can I throw in a 400 crank, rods and pistons w/ a pair of 2v 351c heads and special fitted intake on a 351m to make it a strong 400 engine.

the 2V Cleveland heads would be an improvement over 1975 and later "D5" heads, or heads with A.I.R. passages if you don't want them. any stock or aftermarket 351M/400 intake will work.
