PCV and P1405 code?

I have a 2001 F150 SCrew with a 5.4 with 107k on the miles. I recently replaced the PCV valve because my old one was "buzzing". Now the Service Engine Soon light has come on and my Diablo is showing me a P1405 code which I have learned is a DPFE problem. My question is could a simple PCV change trigger this or should I be looking elsewhere like the EGR and its plumbing? The new PCV is a NAPA instead of Motocraft and I wonder if it is working correctly for this application. Thanks for any replys in advance, I love FTE!

Check to see if either of the small hoses for the DPFE sensor are loose, damaged, or kinked/obstructed.

It is possible they were disturbed when the PCV valve work was done.

I don't think that the fact the replacement is from NAPA vs Motorcraft is the reason for this.

P1405 DTC = Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic (DPFE) Sensor circuit Upstream Hose. This could be caused by kinked vacuum lines or a stuck open Vapor Management Valve (VMV).
Hope this helps.
