Calgary Firearms courses and ranges

I'm looking to get my PAL and I'd like to know a good place to get the test done. I know some places offer "challenge" tests for less money than a full course. I'm pretty good at studying, so would that be the way to go?

Anyone in Calgary go to local ranges very often? Which ones.

77,

I challenged the course last year and it was easy. Just phone these guys up:
http://www.aheia.com/

Set up an appointment to write the exam, which consists of a written portion and a hands-on portion, then read the book a couple times.

You pay for the test by donation, $20 or so it is as easy as that.
