Looking at an 06 F150

I have been looking at new trucks and I am leaning towards
the F150 reg cab v6 2wd with a/c and auto trans.
This is the quote I got from the local Ford dealer.
Does this seem to be a decent deal?

Truck Price: $16,995
Automatic: $1450
A/C: $1235
Freight: $1200
Air Tax: $100
$20,880.00

Plus they are giving $1000.00 in "add on accessories".

Dealford is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
That's not too bad. Have you tried other dealers to compare prices?

I did talk to one other dealer and they were about $800 higher.
