Ok everyone it has been a while since we last had an offical meeting and I am sorry for that. So here is what I have. I was thinking of having a meeting on the above date @ 6:30 pm. The location would be on the chat room, General Discussion Channel. Just click on the "Users Chatting". Once it opens the chat room box you will see a pull down menu on the left side (Channel:---->) Go there and click on the General Discussion Channel and wala there we are. As for items on the agenda. I will type them out below. Just copy and paste them into word, ect so you can make comments.
1. Opening and Roll Call
2. Minutes of Last Meeting - Sep 2005
a. Only had 3 members show so that meeting was a no-go.
3. Regional Coordinatiors
a. Would like to get some help by creating an assistant in Anchorage, Fairbanks (Twin Triton & Resqdawg do you two still want this) and Matsu (WilliesSD250 will be leaving)
4. Old Business
a. Dinner meeting on the 7th of March - No takers.
b. Data Collections for Rosters - Still need emails
c. FTE Logo - Last chance for someone to jump on this. If not I will create our logo.
5. New Business
a. Chapter Secretary - Any takers???
b. Assistant Chapter Leader - Any takers???
c. Meeting times and dates. How much of a notice needs to be given
d. Web page - I just dont have the time to do this. Does anyone want to tackle it?
e. Alaska Chapter Icons. Was thinking of sending every AK member the little AK Outline with "USER NAME & Alaska Chapter Member" written across it. Basically like the one you see on my signature.
f. Meet - Greet in Valdez for the Hill Climb. If I have any one that is coming down for the Hill Climb (Apr 1st) lets get together and have dinner.
g. Summer Meet - Lets plan a meet this summer. We can pick a RV park or State camp ground. Not sure were or when but lets start the process.
h. Typing out email address on FTE - Need to actually type them out. Example: mikemel - at - cvinternet -dot- net
6. Business from the floor. I'm sure everyone has ideas and suggestions so write them down. If for some reason you cannont make the meeting email, PM, or just reply to this thread.
7. Close of the meeting.
Ok that is what I have for now. Please give me suggetions, comments, ect on this agenda.

Got the truck shipped out yesterday, due into the Fairbanks VPC on or before the 10th of April. :woot See ya's in a few weeks!
I'm going to try to make the web meeting for the 26th, but I'll be in PA at my dads house and he doesn't have any real internet access. So, if I'm not on, you'll know why....

Due the 1oth of April. Did they say what year???? Ha, well actually it does take some time for certain items. Heck I waited 2 months just to get a new remote for my sat tv.

I just checked the status a couple hours ago, and according to their website, it's enroute already. w00t!! Cost me an extra $271 bucks, but it's gonna be well worth it!

Sorry, I've been working lots lately and only log on every once and awhile. Been working 25 or 26 days a month, but things should get back to normal soon.
