Help!!! 1995 F150
I need, if possible from a member, who might have one, the pin-outs and componet diagram from the 1995 F-Series Electrical & Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual for the 5.0 (California Emissions). I specifically need the transmission pinouts for the AODE/4R70W. I have completed the mass air conversion on my dually but the transmission is acting goofy, i thought the computer I have was for the E4OD. obviously not... I already have the pin-outs for the 5.8 (Calif Emmissions). I was hoping the pins for the E4OD and the AODE/4R70W would be in the same location.
thanks...
thanks...

The 5.0 did not have a E4OD behind it but here is the TP Sensor for a 1995 5.8 with the E4OD.

The output shaft speed sensor (OSS) is only used on the 5.0L with the 4R70W Transmission.
The output shaft speed sensor (OSS) uses pin 5 and 46 of the PCM Connector.
The output shaft speed sensor (OSS) is a magnetic pickup, located at the output shaft ring gear that sends a signal to the powertrain control module to indicate transmission output shaft speed. The OSS is used for torque converter clutch control, shift scheduling, determining EPC pressure.

You have never said what year and model of truck or what transmission and engine you have.
It sounds like it would be easier to just change the EEC to one that will work with your setup.

I have a '92 F350, 5.8, E4OD. last week i converted it too Mass Air using a '95 F150 4R70W computer, which according to the pinouts you supplied will work. I just need a Frequency Generator (OSS) that was not built with the truck originally in '92. It seems FORD added the (OSS) years later. I was reading in another post of someone swapping in a earlier E4OD to a later model truck with the same issues. I have looked up the computer "BUG0" at WWW.PartsAmerica.com. it lists for a 1995 Ford F150, Unfortunatly neither PA nor the Individual didn't list the specific trans the computer came with.

OK I found reference of the "BUG0", it is out of a F150 MAP 5.8 E4OD.
It will not work with Mass Air and does not use the OSS input.
I was unable to find it on the PA site.
I found it on:
http://www.flatlanderracing.com/superchips_ford.html
and:

In 1995 a 5.8 did not have Mass Air, only the 5.0 came with Mass Air and a 5.8 came with E4OD and the E4OD do not use the OSS.
It looks like the "BUG0" program was used from 1988-1996.
