Headlight Adjustment???

I installed a leveling kit on my '05 a while back, and am constantly getting the flash of high beams from passer buyers. I operned the hood and poked around, but was unsure how to adjust the headlights for vertical. The only screw I see is one at the top that has a octaganol head on it; Problem is I can get a socket to fit it, but theres no room for a ratchet, and I dont have a wrench that small. Is this the right screw or am I totally in the wrong spot?

It's on the top, and has a squarish end on it. That's the one that moves it up or down. It's like 3 or 4mm

like chargersfan said.... its a 4mm bolt.... to properly set it, just park next to a wall, and place some tape where the concentration of the lights shines.... then back up about 25 feet, and readjust the lights so that they shine just below the tape spots.

Thank you much... My metric wrenches don't go down that far of course, so I will run and pick one up today.
