Welcome!

I would try JCwhitney.com. Also one from a Ranger/Bronco II might be modified to fit.

are you talking about a "brush guard" like on a truck, or a cover to protect the grill? rick

I've thought about it, and it seems to me that its better to make thomething like that:

http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f2...A/4a75c2bb.jpg

I want to find a guard from Gelentwagen, but aero is a bit wider, may be from any other suv, ore to order a custom one....
The bumper of this Gelentwagen is remooved! Guard, grill and metall custom bumper are welded together. And in case of collision lights are ok!
After this winter I have the new bumper and headlight!
I want to guard bumper, lights and grill. There is a metal bar (part of a body) under the bumper, so this gard mãst be welded securelly to this bar, so I will cut my bumper. Else in case of collision guard may damage other parts!

So I wait for ideas too. I use aero for driving in heavy conditions, especially in winter, when it is a lot of snow and mud. I have oil pan guard too.

Please exuse me, I'm drunk a bit. So I type with mistakes. Today is the "women's day! March, 8", and according Soviet tradition we congratulate all the women/ Now is the party! So congratulations to all the women on this forum!

A lot of snow! I have 2wd aero, but with 4.10 self-locking rear axe (I have 3.37 rear axe for summer). This winter is terrible! Its always cold, it was snow yestarday! Its impossible to clean streets and cars oftet gets stuck! Somewere, where its impossible to clean there is up to 20-30" of snow! Not the snow - real ice! I had never seen so bad winter before! All the Europe was under the snow this winter!

But yestarday PS line cracked! I had to drive home turning steering wheel with 2 hands and god's help! How to replace it if its so cold.... Brrrr...

I've thought that those pusher bars that the cops have on their car might be useful if they would fit on the Aerostar. Where do those go to die? I'm sure that when the Police buy a new cruser it comes with all new stuff.
