Summer is approaching, What are your plans?

Howdy folks. Figured since the days are gettin longer and warmer, it must mean the old man winter is on his way out the door. Time for summer to roll around here real quick!

So since Summer is coming up quick, what are everyones plans? Since I'm graduating in June, I plan to make this summer one that I will never forget.

One of my closest friends (Happens to be my Ag Science Teacher's Son) and I and a few other of us guys decided to take a trip to Canada. Zeke (The son) and his family own a cabin up in the Northeastern part of Ontario on a lake. Not sure what lake, but I know it's a 12 hour drive from Central Ohio to there. I almost can't wait for a week of nonstop fishing and boating!

I also plan on taking another trip with another one of my friends to their cabin on a lake down in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Again, to go boating and tubing and what not.

Since I've bragged about my planned summer, whats your plans?

1) graduate with MBA
2) get a job
3) try to get everything done that I haven't had time to do because of 12 hours of master's level classes, while working new full time job... Ooops.
4) re-think plan.

lol, hanydman, you know the drinking age is 18 up there right? Or is that part of the plan allready?

Ohh man, lets see. I"m also graduating in june. So I'll be working 40 hours a week at my job, saving as much as i can. Then i'm going to try and get another job at a sams club tire center working probably another 10-15 hours a week. Again, saving. I'll probably spend alot of money on my truck. I have to convert to roller cam/roll er rockers/gt40 heads, get carpet in it, finish all the body work, put herculiner on the flatbed etc.....I'll do that until august, when i move in to my first apartment on the 1st. Pretty excited about that. Then i'll stop working the 40/hr week job and get as many hours at sams club since its in the same town. Then around the end of august the fun stops and its going to college and paying bills and living with my woman.

Work, work, work. 40hrs at the shop and then go cut my lawns. Going back to school in the fall for Paramedic license. Get new, higher paying, less days at work job next summer and party on.

As soon as school gets out (mid-May), do a whole bunch of little things to the truck, hopefully get it to where it runs and drives reasonably well. (Rear shocks, maybe rear brakes, replace the burned out light bulbs in the dash, fix the little spots of surface rust, try to figure out why it doesn't idle well) Then, I'll most likely spend a significant portion of the time that's left working on a friend's farm in Colorado. I'd really like to drive the Ranger out there, but with 222k, I'm going to need to really check it over good before such a trip...

Taking classes full-time, while working 2 part time jobs. One on the day when I don't have a night class, and the other on the days I do, because I can start a later shift there. Was offered to come back and work a few days where I'm interning now, so I should be able to make some cash to pay for fixing the truck, gas, getting a motorcycle, and saving for an apartment.

Damn, might hafta rethink that, I'm gonna be busier than I thought

1- Work my tail off.

2- Run from hurricanes like every year.

3- Take my family on a small vacation, probably while running from a hurricane like the last couple years. (knock out 2 birds with one stone know?)

Actually the legal drinking age in Canada is 19. But, nothing is stopping us from possibly taking a few coolers full with us!
