Parking lamp assembly

Ok, one more time...anyone know how to get the parking lamp asssembly out? No I don't want to remove the bulb I want the whole thing out...maybe this will help me find all the nuts and screws t remove the headlight assembly. Ford said to do it in this order...go figure (this request is for my F350)

The parking light is mounted to the headlight "door", #11. Remove two screws #2 and 1 nut #9 and pull the "door" off.

The headlight stays put, the trim with parking and marker comes off. Yes I do live in "Denver of the East"!

There are two screws on top viewed with hood open, then two 10 or 11mm (Ithink) nuts from behind the frame or headlight door then the frame with side marker and trun/park lights come out as one piece--the headlight does stay put. the nuts I speak about are on the bottom rear of the headlight door.

Several have mentioned "headlight door"..just what is that? The headlight assembly seems to fasten to a formed piece of sheet metal that has horns attached and a broken formed angle bracket to the side (closest to the radiator) which seems to support the radiator..not sure what is being referred to as a door. Being in aerospace engineering...I deal mostly with black and white thinking so to look for something that opens or hides something else, ie "door ...sorry got carried away there..

OK we'll stop calling it a "door", instead a bezel. It is #11, the headlight # 3 is not attached to it.
Right front outside view.

Left front inside view.

NCRanchero, excellent photo's, they explain so much! So with those two "nuts" removed the whole assembly seems to come away..wow, crap from a design perspective but at least now I know where the dang things are...super job! Thanks

Yup...soon as it stops raining or snowing I'll stick my head back under the hood. Last time I got so frustratd I called Ford to see how much the trim bezel cost. I was going to cut it away and then replave it with a new one ... by the way what year truck are these pictures from..your 150?

NCRANCHERO...I ran outside and looked at the back of my headlight assembly and by Gawd I saw that half circle (shown on the right of your photo) and felt in there and by Gawd there is a nut ...your picture saved me driving over to Ford and paying them to find it for me...all the illustrations in the world don't do justice as well as those pictures...man they are clear as a bell...man I was squealling like a girl...I'mm very pleased!!!!!

These are from an old '93 F350 Crew Cab work truck but they're all the same from '92 to '96, F150 thru F350.
