I need to get a bike... any bike. A dirt bike would probably be best. I could ride that at home. If I got a street bike I'd have to get a bahzillion sidecars to take my family along!

Good luck with the race'n.

I am out here. Let me know if you need to know where anything is around here. I live in Glenwood which is about 5 miles from the track (I can hear the cars at the drag strip some nights).

I don't need a bike, I would just kill myself on one. used to do some cross country dirt bike racing in HS and I am not sure why I am still alive. At my age me on a bike could be hazardous to my health.

i was at MAM a couple of years ago, and the drag strip was going at the same time as our track time...they were still going even after we were done!!! at least we got to watch some racing while winding down for the day...that's an 1/8th mile track if i remember, isn't it? i'll definately have to hit you up sometime to find where the hot spots are at...thanks!!!

Hell Yeah!!!!!

well, i made it back in one piece, and the 'ole R1 performed awesomely!!! if you are at all interested racing at all, then you need to visit barber raceway...go there when they have a club event, just to watch...the track, and all the surroundings are absolutely breathtaking to look at...make sure to visit the museum...it has many levels of vintage race cars, and motorcycles on display...good times were had by myself, and all my track buddies...i will post some pics very soon...
