Best way to Clean Turbine Rims "Pics"?

Hello I have the following set of turbine rims sitting in my back shed and since the tires on the 78 are pretty much bald I want to get these cleaned up and mounted on the truck with a new set of tires, But what is the best way to go about cleaning these thing's up. they have been in my shed for year or so but before that was on a truck that sat out for 10 years or better so they are in pretty bad shape.

Stell wool and elbow grease?
Naval Jelly or some other Polsihing product?
Can I have them Sand Blasted?
Drill and Wire Brush?

I would use the eagle product as it has the acid in it to clean the porous aluminium.
Then refinish them.
Btw,don't be surprised if the images get changed to LINK's by a moderator.
